Ingredients
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 3/4 cups milk chocolate chips
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/3 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, for topping
Steps
1
Preheat over to 400 degrees and place parchment liners in a 12-muffin pan.
2
Spread marshmallows on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until brown and toasted, watching closely. Set aside to cool.
3
Melt chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Fill each cup with a large spoonful of melted chocolate, use a spoon to spread the chocolate up the sides of the muffin well to create the base of the cup. Place pan in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden the chocolate.
4
Top each chocolate shell with about 1/4 cup of ice cream and 2 tablespoons of crushed graham crackers.
5
Using your hands, tear the roasted marshmallows and press into cups. Top with mini chocolate chips. Enjoy!!
