Ingredients
- 1 cup organic peanut butter
- 1 cup organic powdered sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- pink or sea salt, for sprinkling

Add peanut butter and powdered sugar to a large mixing bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Roll into small balls and place on a parchment-lined plate, in the freezer for 30 minutes or so.

Melt chocolate chips. Feel free to use a double broiler to melt the chocolate chips or microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between.

Take peanut butter balls from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, covering completely.

Once dipped, place each ball onto a fresh sheet of parchment paper, sprinkle with salt and return to the freezer for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!!
