When I was a kid, anytime our family would have a box of chocolates, I would search for the chocolate-covered cherries. This version brings all of the nostalgia along with protein, healthy fats, and nutrients from the tahini. Feel free to use your favorite nut or seed butter in this recipe if you prefer. I hope you love this simple sweet treat!! It’s like the viral cherry bark of the summer of 2025, but less messy. Cheers to using our muffin tins for healthy individual snacks!
