One of our favorite things to drink when the weather gets cold is a steaming cup of golden milk. This chia pudding has all the spicey goodness of golden milk along with the protein and creaminess of yogurt. There is a pinch of black pepper in this recipe to unlock the anti-inflammatory benefits of tumeric. Also, please do yourself a favor and don’t skip the turmeric whipped cream which makes this high-protein, fiber-rich snack feel like dessert.
